Electric Oven Working Principle

The oven is one of the electric appliances use radiant heat emitted by the heating element to bake food, we can use it to make roast chicken, roast duck, baked bread and pastries. According to the different needs of baked goods, electric oven temperature is generally in the range of 50-250℃ regulation.
The oven is mainly composed of the cabinet, electric heating elements, thermostats, timers and power adjustment switch, etc. and its box is composed of the shell, in the compartment liner composed of a three-tier structure, the formation of the curling edge of the front and rear of the tank, so as to cut off the cavity air; spring structure is installed below the door at the same time, so that the door is always pressed on the doorframe and have a good seal. The heating methods of electric oven can be divided into surface fire (on the heater heating), the bottom fire (lower heater heating) and up and down heating.
